Orders

1. How to place an order through the website?

Register (if you are not registered yet) or log in (if you are already registered) to our site; add the items to the shopping cart and proceed to finalize your purchase, defining the delivery address and the desired payment method.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Normally the delivery time for orders is 24 to 48 hours. For orders placed and paid until 5 pm the shipment is made on the same day and has the duration of 24 hours (working days) unless out of stock.

Collection

1. Can I buy on the site and collect my order in one of the stores?

Yes, you can collect your product at one of the Alrossio physical stores. For this you have to indicate the payment method and the store where you want to pick up the item.

Alrossio Telecommunications has several physical stores in Lisbon where you can pick up your order.

2. How to proceed with the collection of my article in the store? What documents should I present?

To pick up your item in the store you will have to present the number or order code to our sellers.

3. What is the deadline to pick up my article in the store?

The deadline to pick up your order in the store is 5 working days. If you exceed this time limit your order will be given as cancelled.

Payments

1. What are the payment methods?

ATM: Payments by ATM Reference can be made through Homebanking or the ATM Network. At the end of your order, the ATM reference will be generated and sent to your email and customer area on the website. To make the payment you must select the option "Payments for Services/Purchases" and enter the entity, reference and corresponding amount that were sent.

Bank Transfer: You must first make the order and select this payment method, you will be presented with the NIB for the transfer, which you must take note of to make the transfer or deposit later.

Before making the transfer you must wait for a confirmation email from us.

We will proceed to send the order as soon as the payment is verified, remembering that some banks may take 1 to 2 days to finish the transfer.

The limit established for this mode of payment is 5,000 euros (per order), in case of orders of higher value you should contact our "Customer Service" (encomendas@alrossio.pt) to inform you how to proceed.

Cash on delivery: In this modality the total amount of the order must not exceed 300 euros (VAT incl.). You must pay the order directly in cash to the courier at the time of delivery, .

We will send your order within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed, as long as all the items ordered are available in stock.

This method of payment will have as an added fee 2% on the total value of your purchase, the value will be calculated and presented to the customer at the time of completion of the order or choosing the option to "calculate postage" in the shopping cart section of our site.

Alrossio 2 - Telecommunications, Ltd. reserves the right to retain full ownership of the item until full payment, including possible errors of the seller or carrier.

MbWay: Pay your order through your mobile number with mbway, without additional costs. You must have the active application on your device in order to pay by this way. For more information about this payment method, click here.

Paypal: is a fast and secure service that allows you to make payments online, if you want to know more about PayPal click here.

We will send orders paid via PayPal within 24-48 hours after ordering, as long as all items you have purchased are available in stock. This service has an increase of 3% on the total amount of your purchase.

Payshop: To pay the order by Payshop, you must go to one of the Payshop agents (Agents), indicate the reference you obtained with the order and make the respective payment.

Credit or Debit Card: Visa and Master Card

Floa Pay: Option of payment in up to 4 installments.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed on working days until 5 pm. After the payment confirmation, the orders are sent to the address indicated by the customer. Pre-orders, unlike normal and above mentioned orders, will only be processed when the product is available from the brand, for official distribution and for the final customer.

The shipping costs of the orders are borne by the customer and add to the total value of the products selected. The customer will be informed of these charges before confirming his order and completing the purchase process, as well as the difference in value depending on the shipping method chosen.

Repairs through Alrossio Telecommunications

1. Is it possible to go to one of your stores and make the repair on time?

Yes, most repairs are done on time.

2. Does the repair service have any kind of warranty?

After repairing your equipment you have a 60 day warranty period from the time you leave our service.

3. How can I send my item to be repaired?


Repair process:

Instructions:

Create an account on our website at " CREATE ACCOUNT " for billing purposes and repair guarantees.

You will need to conveniently pack the equipment, make sure you do not send accessories and remove memory card and SIM card.

We are not responsible for possible loss of data during the repair.

Pack equipment:

1 - Protect the equipment by wrapping it in bubble wrap, so as not to damage it while in transit.

2 - Put the equipment in a strong cardboard box, make sure that the equipment does not move.

3 - Close the box with adhesive tape.

*We will send you an e-mail when we receive the equipment to inform you that it has arrived at our facilities.

When repaired we will send another message to confirm the desired mode of payment and provide data to make it.

After the payment is confirmed we will send your equipment with a repair guarantee of 30 days from the exit of the assistance.

5. I do not know what the breakdown of my article, what is the cost of repair?

You can choose to send us your equipment so that we can make an evaluation and thus make a budget for the repair. This evaluation does not have any cost. If you choose to send it by mail, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
